Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) Opt-Out Request

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. This page allows you to submit that request to LawLogic dba Email Agency.

To learn more about how we collect and use personal information, please see our Privacy Policy and California Privacy Policy.

Section 01

What This Means

In Short: Submitting a request tells us not to share or sell your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.

Under the CCPA's broad definition, certain sharing of personal information with third parties — including advertising partners and analytics providers — may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" even if no money is exchanged. By submitting an opt-out request, you are directing us to:

  • Stop selling or sharing your personal information with third parties for advertising, marketing, or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
  • Restrict sharing with third parties beyond what is strictly necessary to fulfill the Services you requested.

Note: Opting out does not prevent us from contacting you in response to a case review request you have already submitted, or from sharing information necessary to provide the legal referral service you requested.

Section 02

Submit Your Opt-Out Request

In Short: Complete the form below or email us to submit your opt-out request.

To exercise your right to opt out, please use one of the following methods:

Option 2 — Email:
Send an email to info@snapchatclaim.com with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out Request". Please include your full name and email address so we can locate your information. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and complete your request within 45 calendar days.

Option 3 — Postal Mail:
You may also submit your request in writing to the address listed in our Privacy Policy. Please include your full name, email address, and a statement that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Verification: We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to provide information that we already have on file to confirm you are the person to whom the information relates. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

Section 03

Authorized Agent Requests

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. To do so, the agent must provide written proof of authorization signed by you. We reserve the right to deny requests from agents who cannot adequately verify their authorization.

Section 04

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or device sends a GPC signal to our Website, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser or device.

Section 05

Your Other California Privacy Rights

In addition to opting out of the sale or sharing of your information, California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information. Please see our full California Privacy Policy for details on how to exercise all of your rights.
