Terms & Conditions

Please read carefully before using our website and services.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. This agreement contains disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liability. These provisions form an essential basis of our agreement. By using this website, you agree that you are at least 18 years old and are legally able to enter into this agreement.

LawLogic dba Email Agency ("we," "us," or "our") owns and operates this website (the "Site"). This Site is an informational and lead generation resource — it is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Section 01

Scope and Application

In Short: This Agreement governs your use of our Site and incorporates our Privacy Policy.

This Agreement applies to your use of our Site. You — the party accessing or using this Site ("You") — are entering into a legally binding Agreement with us, including our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

We reserve the right to add to, delete, or modify this Agreement and any part of our Site at any time. If you continue to use the Site after changes take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Section 02

Terms of Use

In Short: Submitting a form connects you with legal resources but does not create an attorney-client relationship or guarantee a specific outcome.

2.1 By submitting a case review request, you consent to being contacted using the contact information you provided. Submitting information does not guarantee a specific response, outcome, or referral, and we reserve the right to determine how best to respond to each inquiry in our sole discretion.

2.2 This Site is not a law firm. It does not provide legal advice. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Any connection to a legal professional is subject to that professional's independent evaluation of your eligibility.

2.3 We may determine that the information you submit does not meet the criteria of our referral network. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to determine whether and how your submission is addressed.

Section 03

Representations

In Short: You warrant that the information you provide is accurate.

3.1 You represent and warrant that any information you provide is accurate and sufficient for us to evaluate your inquiry.

3.2 Each party represents that it has full right and authority to enter into this Agreement and that the provisions are binding and enforceable, except as limited by applicable law.

Section 04

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

In Short: We disclaim all warranties and our total liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim any and all representations and warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. There is no guarantee that our Site is accurate, timely, complete, or error-free.

4.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or other damages. Our total cumulative liability arising out of this agreement shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

4.3 Nothing on this Site should be construed as legal advice. Prior results do not guarantee a similar outcome.

Section 05

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

In Short: Disputes are resolved through binding individual arbitration.

5.1 You agree that all claims, disputes, or controversies between you and us shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration. Claims must be brought solely in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class proceeding.

5.2 Any party intending to make a claim shall first notify the other party in writing with reasonable particularity. The parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration.

5.3 The parties independently waive any right to bring or participate in any class action related to this Agreement.

Section 06

Governing Law

In Short: This Agreement is governed by applicable U.S. law.

6.1 This Agreement and your use of our Site shall be construed, governed by, and enforced under applicable law. You hereby waive any right to a trial by jury in connection with any action arising under this Agreement.

Section 07

Miscellaneous

In Short: This is the entire agreement between us, including severability and no-waiver provisions.

This Agreement is the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof. If any provision is found to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be severable and shall not affect the remainder. No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach. You may not assign your rights under this Agreement.
